Namaste ... I am Elmira.

In 2008, I founded MIRASPA in the small room of my house in Peoria, IL. Using my vast knowledge of holistic wellness, I wanted to provide a service that empowers others toward their health and wellness goals. Imagine getting individualized attention from someone who’s got your back (literally), someone who will really see and hear you.

A few years later, I moved into our space in East Peoria. Over the years my experience and skills evolved and developed into what is now, MIRASPA Therapeutic Massage & Healing.

It is our goal to have the therapeutic skills and tools to assist your journey towards true personal fulfillment.

Discover a personal sanctuary for body, mind and spirit. An environment that is both calming and uplifting.

Our massage & healing sanctuary is stocked with pure cotton sheets and cozy blankets, heated tables and Himalayan salt crystals, eye pillows, warm towels, soft pillows and bolsters, hypo-allergenic massage lotions/oils and a vast selection of music.

MIRASPA is thoughtful and reflective. You never need to worry about picking the right modality or type of session. It is customized to meet your current needs and promote both physical and mental well-being.
