

Yoga with Lisa every Wed 7:45am to 9am
This flow yoga class is for all levels of experience.
We begin with centering breathwork and meditation to set our intentions for the practice, then move our bodies with the breath, and with our minds focused; we rekindle our inner strengths, balance, and become calm. Every practice will end with a lovely Savasana, to allow all that we have experienced to marinate into our bodies, minds, and spirits.
