As our Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile, the guiding voice, and the grounding presence that makes each guest feel cared for from the moment they arrive.
Greet and Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
Manage appointments, confirmations, and reschedules with ease.
Assist clients with purchases in our apothecary — from crystals to botanicals.
Support therapists with treatment room preparation and smooth session flow.
Keep our lobby, retail space, and client areas inviting and orderly.
Answer client questions about our services, products, and upcoming classes/events.
Handle payments, gift certificates, and client communication (phone/email/text).
Post on social media and support marketing efforts for classes, services, and special events.
Friendly, reliable, and professional — with excellent communication skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Comfortable with scheduling software and retail point-of-sale systems.
Comfortable using social media platforms for business
(Facebook, Instagram).
Basic graphic design or Canva skills a plus.
Interest in holistic wellness, massage therapy, yoga, or metaphysical tools (experience helpful but not required).
Availability: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (4-hour shifts).

💰 Compensation:
$15–16 per hour, depending on experience.
Opportunities for raises after 90 days or 6 months.
Optional incentive: retail sales commission or bonus based on booking
